At 92kg, I was doing no exercise prior to Summer Sculpt and feeling lethargic and unmotivated. After Summer Sculpt, I completed the 12 Week Challenge and lost another 13kgs.

Now at 72kg I’m feeling motivated and invigorated, a new me!

I’m about to do my first 10km fun run. It hasn't just changed my life, it has also changed my whole family's life, as we are all eating healthier and getting outdoors enjoying life. I'm definitely a lot happier too.

Before starting the Summer Sculpt Challenge, I had put on a number of kilos due to working a sedentary full-time office job. I was low on energy and not happy with my level of fitness.

The trainers made everyone feel welcome, included and proud of their efforts after the workouts.

Accountability and turning up to every session was the key to my success! Also in the Food Coaching sessions my Food Coach would take my measurements and I could see my progress. Even if it was only small it kept me motivated and all added up in the end.
